Squires Newsletter South: December 2011

Bring on the Snow, December has arrived!  It is crazy to think Christmas is only 25 days away!  We have been busy this past month, with learning our five senses, signing Thanksgiving words in sign language, making turkeys, and our annual Thanksgiving feast.   The feast went very well this year, thank you all for attending with your child/children, everyone had a great time!   Now, we are getting ready for the Nutcracker performance.  The students have been practicing every Wednesday, so they can be ready to perform for parents/guardians on December 13th.  Please make sure you bring in your child’s Nutcracker costume by December 5th.  There will be more information regarding the Annual Nutcracker Performance so please keep an eye out so you don’t miss out on the fun!

The weather is getting colder and we will go outside as long as it is 40 degrees and above.  Please send your child with the appropriate clothingHe/she will need a winter coat, mittens/gloves, and hat so they can stay warm and keep healthy!
