Sprites Newsletter East: March 2011

Looking Back:

The snow is gone finally! We hope everyone had a wonderful Valentine’s Day and thank you to all the parents who could attend Sweets With Your Sweetie. We have been working on using “safe hands” with our friends and two of our children have learned to clap this month! The best toy by far has been a paper grocery bag and the children also enjoyed playing with ice cubes.

Looking Ahead:

Please check the clothes under your child’s bed to make sure they are appropriate for the changing weather. If they do not have a jacket and hat (if you want them to wear one) please bring it. We will be going to play on the deck and for many stroller rides. We have been working on sign language a lot lately, and will continue to use more, stop, and please.

Important Dates:

March 1-4th– Dr. Seuss week

March 13th– Daylight savings time begins

March 17th– St. Patrick’s Day

March 20th– first day of Spring

Have a Great March!

Ms. Meghan, Ms. Cheryl, and Ms. Courtney
